MetricsWatch vs DashClicks: Report Sender or Agency Platform?
DashClicks and MetricsWatch both show up when an agency looks for a way to report marketing results to clients, but they are different kinds of product. DashClicks is an all-in-one agency platform: a CRM, sales funnels, websites, reviews, an inbox, payments and a client reporting dashboard under your brand, plus white-label fulfillment services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and more) that you can resell. MetricsWatch is a report sender: you connect a client's accounts, pick a report template, and it emails the finished report, in the body of the email, on a schedule.
This comparison is on the MetricsWatch blog, so read it knowing whose product we sell. Every DashClicks fact below was checked against DashClicks' own website, pricing page and help center on 1 November 2026.
The short version
Pick DashClicks if you want one platform to run the agency, from leads and sales to client websites and reviews, with a branded dashboard your clients log in to, on your own domain, and the option to resell DashClicks' white-label fulfillment. Reporting is one app among many, included in a single flat price with unlimited users and sub-accounts.
Pick MetricsWatch if what you need is a recurring client report on GA4, Search Console, ads, social and email, read in the client's inbox, and you do not want to adopt a whole agency platform to get it.
Setup: what you need to know before the first report goes out
DashClicks' reporting lives in its Analytics app, which its help center says is available on the DashClicks Pro plan. In your own account you add an integration, sign in to that platform's account (for Google Analytics, a Google sign-in and then a property), and the app's tabs fill with that integration's metrics. There is no report layout to design: each integration has an Overview snapshot, and you can remove unwanted metrics or columns from its tables.
For a client, the path runs through a sub-account. You invite the client to their own branded dashboard by email, and DashClicks' help center says the best way to connect a client's Google Analytics is to have the client log in to that dashboard and connect it themselves; you can also sign in to the client's account from yours and do it with the client's Google credentials. You then see the client's numbers in your Projects app. DashClicks includes a one-hour, one-on-one setup session on Zoom when you sign up, plus tutorials and a Facebook community.
The know-how DashClicks asks for is the platform. Analytics sits alongside CRM, funnels, sites, inbox, payments and fulfillment ordering, so the setup session covers far more than reporting. If you will use those apps, that is the point. If reporting is all you came for, it is a lot of platform to learn around one job.
MetricsWatch starts from a report template: connect GA4, Search Console, Google Ads or the client's other accounts, preview the report, add your own commentary, and set the schedule. The person setting it up needs to know which numbers the client cares about. The client does not need an account.
The cost that comes back with every new client
Setup is not a one-time cost for an agency. It resurfaces every time you sign a client.
In DashClicks, a new client is a new sub-account: add the business, send the invitation, wait for the client to accept it, then connect the client's integrations, either by the client or by you signing in to their account. Sub-accounts cost nothing extra; DashClicks includes unlimited sub-accounts and users in its price.
In MetricsWatch, a new client means a new report, built from a template and pointed at that client's accounts. Plans are sized by report count (2, 25 or 100), and adding a report inside your plan costs nothing extra.
Ready to streamline your reporting?
MetricsWatch pulls twelve sources into one white-label report, delivered on your schedule: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Sheets, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Pages, and Mailchimp. Starts at $49/month. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Running without babysitting
DashClicks says that once an integration is connected, the dashboard populates with metrics in real time without any further input from you. The client sees results by logging in to their branded dashboard, on the web or in a branded mobile app, which DashClicks offers. We could not find DashClicks help-center documentation of a scheduled email that sends a client the Analytics report. DashClicks' blog describes scheduled reports in its InstaReports app; its help center describes InstaReports as a prospecting tool that builds audit reports on businesses, with email and SMS notifications.
MetricsWatch sends daily, weekly or monthly, with the full report in the email body, so the client reads it without logging in anywhere or opening a file. If you also want a link or a PDF, you can turn on a shareable report URL with an optional password, and the client can open the report in a browser or download it as a PDF. You can preview a report before it goes to the client.
Branding
DashClicks is white-labeled: client sub-accounts carry your branding, the sub-account invitation is unbranded, and on Pro you can serve the dashboard on your own domain or subdomain and set up a custom branded email domain.
MetricsWatch includes white-label branding on every plan: your logo and colours, and a logo per client report. MetricsWatch does not offer a custom domain, and reports are sent from our default sending address.

Where DashClicks goes further
- A whole agency platform in one subscription: CRM, sales pipelines, funnels, websites, reviews and listings, a shared inbox for chat, SMS and email, invoicing and payments, and projects.
- White-label fulfillment you can resell, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, content and listings, ordered from its fulfillment center.
- A branded client dashboard on your own domain, and a branded mobile app, so clients can check their numbers whenever they like.
- Integrations outside our list: TikTok Ads, call tracking through CallRail and CallTrackingMetrics, and an SEO rank tracker.
- Unlimited users and sub-accounts at one flat price.
Where MetricsWatch goes further
- The full report goes in the body of the client's email, so the client reads it without logging in. We could not find DashClicks documentation of a scheduled email that does the same with its Analytics report.
- Integrations that are not on DashClicks' published Analytics list: Search Console, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Microsoft Advertising.
- Less to adopt: one job, set up from a template, with no client account to invite and no platform to learn around it.
Pricing, side by side
DashClicks has one software plan. On its pricing page, DashClicks Pro is $199 per month billed monthly, or $1,788 a year billed annually, which DashClicks says is a 25% saving on the monthly rate. It includes every app and feature, with unlimited users and unlimited sub-accounts. Fulfillment services are priced separately, and DashClicks says its fulfillment center can be used without a software subscription.
MetricsWatch prices by report. It is $49 per month for 2 reports (Startup), $149 per month for 25 reports (Pro) and $399 per month for 100 reports (Agency), billed monthly; annual billing is 10 times the monthly price. White-label is on every plan.
For an agency sending one report per client, on monthly billing: at 2 clients, MetricsWatch Startup is $49 per month and DashClicks Pro is $199 per month. At 25 clients, MetricsWatch Pro is $149 per month and DashClicks Pro is still $199 per month. At 100 clients, MetricsWatch Agency is $399 per month and DashClicks Pro is $199 per month, so above 25 clients, where MetricsWatch moves to its Agency plan, DashClicks costs less. On annual billing, the 25-client figures are $1,490 a year for MetricsWatch and $1,788 a year for DashClicks, and the 100-client figures are $3,990 and $1,788. The two prices do not buy the same thing: DashClicks' includes its whole platform, and MetricsWatch's buys reporting alone.
Common questions
Is there a free option? MetricsWatch has a 14-day trial with no credit card. DashClicks' site offers a "Try it Free" sign-up; we could not find the length or terms of a free trial on its pricing page.
Can my client read the report without logging in? With MetricsWatch, yes: the report is in the email body, with an optional shareable link and PDF. DashClicks' client reporting is a dashboard the client logs in to, and we could not find a scheduled emailed Analytics report documented.
Can I use my own domain? With DashClicks, yes: a custom dashboard domain and a custom branded email domain are on Pro. MetricsWatch does not offer a custom domain.
Who is behind MetricsWatch? A small company, deliberately. It has been reporting on marketing data since 2015, and support emails are answered by the people who can fix things.
