See exactly which recipient your report couldn't reach

A refused recipient, named on the report and on your dashboard.

If your email provider refuses one of your report's recipients, you used to find out the hard way: a client mentions they never got the report, and you go digging.

We now show you directly, in two places.

On the report itself

Open a report's recipient list and a refused address shows a badge right next to it. It names the address, says why the provider marked it inactive, and tells you what to do: check the address, replace it, or contact us if the mailbox is working again and you want it re-enabled.

On your dashboard

The Blocked Reports table gets a Reason column, so a refused recipient reads as what it is instead of looking like an integration problem. And if only one recipient on a report was refused while everyone else got it, that report now shows up under a new Delivery warnings list that names every refused address and why it was not delivered. It does not count as blocked, because most of your recipients did receive it.

What does not change

We do not automatically retry a refused address or reactivate it on your behalf. If your mailbox is working again, contact us and we will re-enable it by hand. Nothing about who receives your reports, or when, changes on its own.

This is rolling out gradually. If you would like early access to it on your account, let us know.
