Best White Label Reporting Tools in 2026, Compared
The white label marketing reporting tools worth comparing in 2026 are AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Reporting Ninja, Oviond, Databox, Whatagraph, Klipfolio, SE Ranking and MetricsWatch Reports. All of them can put your logo on a client report; where they differ is whether the client also sees your web address and your email address, and whether that costs extra.
This comparison lives on the MetricsWatch blog, so you know whose product this is. Every feature and price below was read from the vendor's own website on 29 and 30 October 2026, in US dollars, and each price says what it is per and how it is billed. For what white label reporting is and why agencies use it, see our guide to white label reporting software.
What "white label" can mean
Vendors use the same two words for three different levels of branding. It is worth knowing which one you need before you compare:
- Your look: your logo and colours on the report, and the vendor's own logo removed.
- Your web address: the dashboard, share link or client portal opens on your domain (for example reports.youragency.com) instead of the vendor's.
- Your email address: scheduled reports arrive from an address at your domain, so the client never sees the vendor's name in their inbox.
If your clients only ever read the report, the first level is usually enough. If they log in to a portal or forward the email around their company, the second and third start to matter.

Tool by tool
AgencyAnalytics
Upload your logo for the whole platform or per report, set brand colours with a hex picker, and host client dashboards on a custom subdomain. Its white label page says a fully branded domain and sending automated reports from your agency's own email address are available "on select plans", and clients can use its mobile app with your branding (agencyanalytics.com/features/white-label, checked 30 October 2026). Price: $25 per client per month billed monthly, or $20 per client per month billed annually (agencyanalytics.com/pricing, checked 29 and 30 October 2026).
DashThis
Its pricing table lists a custom logo, custom colour themes, removal of all DashThis branding, a custom domain and a custom sender email address for automated emails, ticked on every plan (dashthis.com/pricing, checked 29 and 30 October 2026). That makes all three levels of branding available on its entry plan: $54 per month billed monthly, or $44 per month paid yearly, for 3 dashboards.
Swydo
Brand templates (logo, colours, fonts) that every new report inherits, reports and dashboards hosted on your own domain, and report emails that arrive from your domain (swydo.com/white-label-reporting, checked 30 October 2026). Swydo has one plan: $69 per month billed monthly, or $62 per month billed annually, for the first 10 data sources (swydo.com/pricing, checked 29 and 30 October 2026).
Reporting Ninja
One brand template dresses the PDF, the share link and the client portal, you can keep a separate brand per client, and the client portal runs on your own domain. Its FAQ says white label, the portal and your domain come with every plan (reportingninja.com/white-label-reporting, checked 30 October 2026). Price: $25 per month billed monthly, or $20 per month billed annually, for 10 reports (reportingninja.com/pricing, checked 29 and 30 October 2026).
Oviond
White label branding and your own domain are part of its plan, alongside unlimited reports, data sources and users. Price: $5 per client per month with a 10-client minimum, so $50 per month billed monthly or $40 per month billed annually (oviond.com/pricing, checked 30 October 2026).
Databox
Branding and white-labeling is an add-on that removes Databox branding and replaces it with your logo, colours and domain. Its pricing page lists the add-on at $200 per month; we could not tell from the page whether that figure changes with monthly or annual billing. The Agency plan it would sit on starts at $99 per month billed monthly, or $79 per month billed annually (databox.com/pricing, checked 29 and 30 October 2026).
Whatagraph
White-label branding is listed on its Max plan, which is billed annually only. We do not quote its price here; check the current figure on its pricing page (whatagraph.com/pricing, checked 29 October 2026).
Klipfolio
Every Klips plan lets you add your logo. Full white label is a separate White-Label Bundle at $299 per month billed annually, and a custom domain on its own is $90 per month billed annually (klipfolio.com/pricing, checked 30 October 2026).
SE Ranking
White label for the platform and its reports comes with the Agency Pack, an add-on of $69 per month billed annually on top of a Core or Growth plan (seranking.com/subscription.html, checked 30 October 2026). Worth it if SEO is the work, not just the report.
MetricsWatch Reports
Your logo, your colours on the header and the charts, your business name in the email's From line, and replies that go to your address. The report itself arrives in the body of the email; a PDF and a shareable client dashboard are there if they want them, and you can preview each report before it goes out. White label is on every plan, with nothing to add on.
Reports can also come from an address at your own domain, such as [email protected], so the client sees only your name and your address in their inbox. It is not a switch in the app yet: you ask us, we set it up, and you add the DNS records we send you at your domain host, so the mail is authenticated and does not land in spam. Until then, reports go out from a MetricsWatch address under your business name, and replies still go to you.
Where it is behind: we do not offer a custom domain for the shareable dashboard link, so a client who opens it sees our web address. If clients must never see a vendor's web address either, DashThis or Swydo cover that on their standard price. MetricsWatch also connects to 12 platforms, against 90+ for AgencyAnalytics and 70+ for Oviond.
What it costs to keep running
The setup is the easy part. The cost that comes back is the one you pay with every new client: a new brand template or theme, a portal login to hand over, a dashboard link to explain. Count how many steps a new client takes in each tool before you count dollars.
On listed prices for a small agency: Reporting Ninja is $20 per month billed annually for 10 reports; MetricsWatch Reports is $49 per month billed monthly for 2 reports, $149 per month for 25 and $399 per month for 100, with a year paid up front costing ten months; DashThis is $44 per month paid yearly for 3 dashboards. Per-client pricing (AgencyAnalytics, Oviond) grows with every client you sign; per-report and per-dashboard pricing grows in steps.
How to choose
- Clients must never see a vendor's name, anywhere: DashThis or Swydo, both of which document your domain and your sending address on their standard price.
- Clients live in a portal: Reporting Ninja, AgencyAnalytics or Oviond, each with a client portal on your domain.
- You already use Databox or Klipfolio: budget the white label add-on before you compare.
- Clients read email and never log in: MetricsWatch Reports puts the whole branded report in the email body, so there is nothing to log in to.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best white label reporting tool for agencies?
It depends on how far the branding has to go. For logo, colours, your domain and your sending address on the entry plan, DashThis and Swydo document all of it. For a branded report that arrives in the email body, MetricsWatch Reports. For the lowest listed entry price with white label included, Reporting Ninja. Checked 29 and 30 October 2026.
Which white label reporting tools let reports come from my own email address?
DashThis and Swydo document it on their standard plans, and AgencyAnalytics on select plans. MetricsWatch Reports does it on request: we set it up and you add a few DNS records at your domain; until then it sends under your business name from a MetricsWatch address, with replies going to you. We could not find it documented for the other tools in this list.
Is white label included or extra?
Included with AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Reporting Ninja, Oviond and MetricsWatch Reports. A paid add-on with Databox ($200 per month listed), Klipfolio ($299 per month billed annually for the bundle) and SE Ranking ($69 per month billed annually). On Whatagraph it starts at the Max plan.
