9 AgencyAnalytics Alternatives Compared on 2026 Pricing
Before you read a list of AgencyAnalytics alternatives, one thing has to be said honestly, because almost every post on this topic is still arguing against 2021 pricing: AgencyAnalytics got cheaper and simpler, not more expensive.
The old Freelancer and Agency tiers are gone. As of 2026 it sells as a single plan at $20 per client per month billed annually, with unlimited data sources, unlimited reports and dashboards, unlimited staff and client users, 85+ integrations and white-labeling included. If your objection to AgencyAnalytics was the price, go and re-check it — the objection may no longer exist.
Which means the real reasons agencies leave are narrower, and worth naming up front:
- Per-client pricing. If you run thirty small retainer clients, $20 each is $600/month regardless of how little reporting each one needs.
- How reports reach clients. PDFs and a client portal both put a step between your work and the person reading it — and the fewer steps there are, the more of your work gets seen.
- You are not an agency. A lot of the product is built around client management you will never use.
- Add-ons. Rank tracking is $41.67/month per 500 keywords and AI credits are $20.83/month per 250 — the base price is not the whole price.
Below are nine alternatives, with prices read off each vendor's own pricing page on 4 August 2026.

1. Metrics Watch
We build Metrics Watch, so read this with that in mind — but the difference from AgencyAnalytics is a single concrete thing, not a feature-list argument.
The report arrives in the body of the email. Charts, numbers and your commentary render in the message itself. There is no PDF to open and no portal to log into. Your client reads the report the moment they open the mail, on whatever device they are holding.
AgencyAnalytics gives clients a PDF or a dashboard login. Both work well. Both also put one more step between your work and the person paying for it — and reporting only earns its keep when it actually gets read. If you have ever opened a call by walking someone through a report you had already sent, that is the friction this removes.
Pricing is per report — not per client, not per data source, not per seat:
- Startup — $49/month ($41/month annually): up to 2 reports.
- Pro — $149/month ($124/month annually): up to 25 reports.
- Agency — $399/month ($333/month annually): up to 100 reports, plus custom integrations.
Against AgencyAnalytics' per-client model, the crossover is easy arithmetic: 25 clients on AgencyAnalytics is $500/month annually; 25 reports on Metrics Watch Pro is $149. Below about seven clients, AgencyAnalytics is cheaper.
Where we lose, plainly: we connect to twelve platforms — Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Pages, Microsoft Advertising and Mailchimp. AgencyAnalytics connects to 85+. If your reports need TikTok, Shopify, HubSpot, call tracking or a specific SEO suite in the same document, AgencyAnalytics is the better tool and we would rather you found that out here than three weeks into a trial. Check the integrations list first.
- Pros: report renders in the email; per-report pricing scales well with many clients; white-label on every plan; free migration service — we rebuild your existing AgencyAnalytics reports for you.
- Cons: 12 integrations; no client portal; no built-in rank tracking or site auditing.
- Best for: agencies with a long tail of clients on the major ad and analytics platforms, who want every one of them to see their numbers without logging in anywhere.
2. Oviond
Oviond is the closest structural match to AgencyAnalytics on this list, at roughly half the price. One plan, priced purely on client count: $49/month for your first 5 clients (about $39 with the 20% annual discount), scaling to $5,000/month at 1,000 clients — the per-client rate drops from $9.80 to $5.00 as you grow.
Everything is included at every tier: white-label branding with per-client custom domains, unlimited reports, dashboards and users, scheduled email delivery, 60+ data sources, a full API, and an MCP server if you want AI tools reading your reporting data. 15-day trial, no credit card.
- Pros: the AgencyAnalytics shape at a lower per-client rate; no feature gating; custom domain per client is unusual at this price.
- Cons: smaller company, smaller support footprint; per-client pricing still penalises a long tail of tiny clients; fewer integrations than AgencyAnalytics.
- Best for: agencies who like AgencyAnalytics' model but not its per-client rate.
3. Reporting Ninja
Reporting Ninja is the cheapest genuine entry point in this category and meters on reports and users rather than clients. Annual pricing: Starter $20/month (10 reports, 4 users), Small $40 (30 / 8), Medium $70 (70 / 12), Large $120 (150 / 16). Monthly billing is $25 / $50 / $88 / $150; quarterly takes 10% off.
All integrations, the REST API and MCP access are on every plan, and it also works as a Data Studio and Google Sheets connector. 15-day trial, no credit card.
- Pros: ten reports for $20/month; no tier gating on features; doubles as a Data Studio connector.
- Cons: seat caps per tier will bind on a larger team; less mature than the bigger names; no client-management layer.
- Best for: freelancers and small teams where reporting spend genuinely has to stay small.
4. Swydo
Swydo has consolidated to a single plan at €69/month (€62 billed annually), including 10 data sources, with unlimited users, reports and clients and white-labeling included. Additional sources are €4.50/month each from 11–100, €3.00 from 101–500, €2.00 above that. Swydo bills in EUR in the EU and USD elsewhere. 14-day trial, no credit card.
This is the exact inverse of AgencyAnalytics: unlimited clients, metered accounts. If you have five clients with twenty ad accounts between them, Swydo is expensive. If you have fifty clients with one account each, it is the cheapest thing on this page.
- Pros: unlimited clients and users on one flat plan; mature, stable product; white-label included.
- Cons: per-source overage adds up fast; delivery is PDF or a dashboard link; no widget preview while building, so report setup is trial and error.
- Best for: agencies with many clients who each need only a couple of connected accounts.

5. DashThis
DashThis meters on dashboards and data sources, keeps users unlimited on every tier, and includes full white-labeling — logo, colour theme, custom domain, custom email sender — from the cheapest plan up.
Annual pricing: Individual $44/month (3 dashboards, 15 sources), Professional $139 (10 / 40), Business $279 (25 / 100), Standard $429 (50+ / 200+). The pricing page shows the same figure on the monthly and annual toggles while advertising annual savings, so we will not quote a monthly-billed price we could not verify. 14-day trial, no credit card.
- Pros: white-label and unlimited users on the entry plan; scheduled email dispatch plus a live link; clean, quick to set up.
- Cons: three dashboards on the cheapest tier; steep jump to $139; clients still receive a link or a PDF.
- Best for: small agencies who want branded reports without an agency-sized bill.
6. Databox
Databox is a metrics platform rather than a client-reporting product, and it is the only tool here with a permanent free plan: 3 data sources, 1 user, 1 dashboard, 11 months of history.
Paid, billed annually: Analyst $64/month (5 sources, 1 user), Pro $159 (3 sources then $5.60/month each, unlimited users), Growth $399 (unlimited history, 15-minute sync). White-labeling is a paid add-on on Analyst, Pro and Growth — included only on the custom plan. Databox confirms the add-on exists but does not publish its price, so we are not quoting one.
- Pros: real free tier; the best goal tracking and alerting in this group; strong mobile apps.
- Cons: white-label costs extra, which is disqualifying for most agencies; one user until $159/month; per-source pricing.
- Best for: in-house teams tracking their own numbers.
7. Klipfolio (Klips)
Klipfolio now sells two separate products: Klips for dashboards and PowerMetrics for metric tracking, priced separately on its own site. Comparison posts routinely conflate them.
Klips: Base $120/month (3 dashboards, 4-hour refresh), Grow $190 (10, hourly), Team $310 (20, 15-minute, SSO), Team+ $600 (40, up-to-the-minute). Unlimited users throughout, 130+ integrations. PowerMetrics starts at $18/month with a 30-day trial.
The agency-relevant number: white-labeling is a $299/month add-on, or $90/month for a custom domain plus $69/month for a custom theme separately. A branded Klips setup starts over $400/month.
- Pros: deepest customisation here; unlimited users; 130+ integrations.
- Cons: white-label pricing rules it out for most agencies; steep learning curve for custom metrics; dashboard-link delivery.
- Best for: analytically-minded in-house teams, not client-facing agencies.
8. SE Ranking
SE Ranking is an SEO platform with reporting attached, rather than a reporting platform. If what you actually want from AgencyAnalytics is its SEO tooling, this is the deeper product: rank tracking, competitor research, site audit and content tools in one place.
Core is $129/month monthly, $103.20 annually (10 projects, 1 seat, 2,000 keywords daily, 250k audit pages). Growth is $279/$223.20 (30 projects, 3 seats, 5,000 keywords). Enterprise is custom. 14-day trial, no credit card.
The thing to budget for: white-label reporting is a $69/month Agency Pack add-on, annual billing only. It is not included in any base tier. There is also an AI Search Toolkit add-on and an API add-on on top.
- Pros: far more SEO depth than AgencyAnalytics; unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries once the Agency Pack is on.
- Cons: white-label behind a paid annual-only add-on; metered on projects and seats, which is an SEO-tool model, not a reporting one; integrations are essentially Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Best for: SEO-led agencies who want one deep tool rather than one broad one.
9. Whatagraph
Whatagraph has moved firmly upmarket and is included here mostly so you do not book a demo expecting SMB pricing. Two plans only: Max from €699/month, billed annually (50+ source credits), and Prime at custom pricing (100+ credits). Any article quoting a Whatagraph plan under €300 is stale.
A source credit is one connected data account, so this is Swydo's metering at a much higher price point, in exchange for a heavier platform — data governance, unlimited users and reports, personalised onboarding. 14-day Max trial, no credit card. A custom report domain is a Prime-only add-on.
- Pros: polished output; strong governance story; unlimited users and reports.
- Cons: €699/month with an annual commitment is a different budget entirely; no monthly billing.
- Best for: large agencies and in-house teams that have outgrown SMB tooling.
A note on the tools that used to be on this list
If you are comparing against an older article, three names have changed status and should not be on anyone's 2026 shortlist:
- AdStage was acquired by TapClicks in April 2020 and no longer exists as a standalone product. TapClicks also absorbed Raven Tools, iSpionage, Megalytic and StatX.
- TapClicks and NinjaCat are both still active but publish no pricing at all — everything is behind a demo call, and agencies report four-figure monthly minimums for NinjaCat. Fine if you are at that scale; a waste of a call if you are not.
- OWOX BI has pivoted away from marketing reporting toward AI-analyst tooling priced on credits, with a free open-source self-hosted edition. Different product from the one older posts describe.
How to choose
The two questions that decide this, ahead of any feature list:
- What does the vendor meter? Many clients with few accounts each → avoid per-client pricing (AgencyAnalytics, Oviond). Few clients with many accounts each → avoid per-source pricing (Swydo, Databox, Whatagraph). Neither shape fits you → per-report pricing (Metrics Watch, Reporting Ninja).
- How does the report reach the client? Getting the numbers read is a separate problem from getting them right, and better charts do not solve it.
And the honest answer for a good chunk of readers: if you have fewer than about seven clients and you need a wide integration catalogue, staying on AgencyAnalytics at $20/client is probably correct.
Frequently asked questions
How much does AgencyAnalytics cost in 2026?
$20 per client per month billed annually, on a single plan with unlimited data sources, reports, dashboards and users. The monthly-billed rate is not published. Enterprise pricing applies above 25 clients. Rank tracking ($41.67/month per 500 keywords) and AI credits ($20.83/month per 250) are separate add-ons.
What is the cheapest AgencyAnalytics alternative?
Reporting Ninja at $20/month billed annually (10 reports, 4 users). Databox has a free plan but it is capped at one dashboard, one user and three data sources.
Which alternatives do not charge extra for white-labeling?
Metrics Watch, Oviond, Reporting Ninja, Swydo, DashThis and Whatagraph all include it. Databox, Klipfolio ($299/month) and SE Ranking ($69/month) charge extra.
Can I migrate my existing AgencyAnalytics reports?
Metrics Watch runs a free migration service and rebuilds your reports for you. Most other tools expect you to rebuild from their templates.
Which tool sends the report itself rather than a link or attachment?
Metrics Watch renders the full report in the email body. DashThis, Oviond and Reporting Ninja email a link or attachment on a schedule. AgencyAnalytics, Swydo and Whatagraph use PDFs or a hosted portal.
